Governors State Police "Assault Weapon" Registration Form is now online.
1 year before it is required by law.
SCOPE is asking that anyone who is choosing to register an "Assault Weapon" do so on APRIL 13TH 2014.
AGAIN! Do not register until April 13th 2014.
Thousands showed up on a January Day in Buffalo. Thousands more showed up in Albany in February and stood in the mud. Thousands showed up in Syracuse and stood in the snow. If tens of thousands can brave the Western New York winter to show their disdain for the NYSAFE ACT, what can we do on a beautiful June day.

The way the Governor and the Democratic Caucus rammed it through as a matter of necessity when 53 or the 56 mandates do not take effect for at least 60 to 90 days with some of them actually taking effect a year latter. What was legitimate reason to waive the 3 day law? Why only give the legislation 20 minutes to actually read the bill?
